High-pressure nozzles - for stability and adiabatic cooling
Our stainless steel high-pressure nozzles operate at pressures of around 80 bar and produce an ultra-fine, almost floating mist. This ensures effective cooling through adiabatic evaporation, optimizes humidity and is almost completely absorbed by the air - without droplet formation and without wasting water. Ideal for precise climate control, for example in industry, trade, healthcare, horticulture, urban or private areas. Thanks to our patented manufacturing technology, we guarantee the highest spray quality, maximum durability and low-maintenance use.
Perfect surfaces for the highest spray quality
Metal surfaces are surprisingly uneven when viewed under a microscope: Protruding iron atoms in the crystal lattices promote slight chemical corrosion. This leads to undesirable concentrations in the spray pattern, which can impair quality.
We use special processes to ensure that the surfaces of our nozzles achieve an exceptionally low roughness depth. Production takes place on high-precision CNC machines. Every micro-hole - finer than a hair - is the result of the highest level of precision craftsmanship. We remove even the tiniest foreign particles and repair microscopic defects until an absolutely perfect bore is created. The result: an effective surface area reduced by up to 80 % - and therefore a consistently micro-fine spray pattern of the highest quality. You also benefit from significantly increased corrosion resistance and a considerable reduction in nucleation.
Tap water & low-pressure nozzles - for playful effects
When water should not only be functional, but also an experience, our tap water and low-pressure nozzles come into play. They produce clear jets of water, playful fountains or gentle water patterns that create movement, accents and atmosphere - perfect for gardens, parks, hotels, event locations or urban spaces. Just like our high-pressure models, these nozzles can be integrated into our modular CULAs, designed to be vandal-proof and visually enhanced on request - including gold-plating or individual laser engraving.
